Your account

Your name and email at the foot of the sidebar open My account.

• Profile: the name others see, 100 characters at most. You sign in with your email address, which does not change here.
• Language: English or Français, for the interface and for the emails Toppo sends you, on every device.
• Notifications: which kinds reach you by email (see notifications).
• Password: your current password, then a new one of 12 characters at least. Changing it signs you out of your other devices.

Signing in and out

A session lasts 30 days, renewed each day you use Toppo. The icon beside your name at the foot of the sidebar signs you out of this device. Signing in is limited to 5 tries a minute.

A forgotten password

When email is set up, Forgot your password? on the sign-in page sends you a link, in your language, which works once, for 60 minutes. Choosing a new password signs you out everywhere. Without email, a forgotten password cannot be reset: have email set up before anyone needs it.
